I followed the recommendations to mill the stems in a coffee grinder and then making the tea. It has a soothing effect, good for relaxing after a hard work.

My little secret
Hello dear community. I've survived several months now, whether I write this comment or not. There's a little secret about this "Prickly Poppy" that can make its effects much stronger. I've bought this product many times, and if you know how to make it more effective, it's definitely worth the money. This will be a somewhat more detailed review of this incredibly potent herb. When I first saw and tried it, I immediately thought to myself upon opening the package: "Why is this herb so incredibly coarsely ground?" I made myself a tea from two teaspoons of this unground herb. I didn't notice much effect from it. Now we come to the crux of the matter and the "secret." First, you have to grind this herb finely. You can do this with either a blender or an electric coffee grinder. But before you get to the grinding, you should lay out a large piece of newspaper. Empty the entire bag onto the newspaper. Wear disposable gloves because this plant is a giant thistle. Otherwise, you'll prick yourself on the many thorns. When you empty the package, you'll immediately see the coarse pieces of the stem of this plant. Sort them all out and set them aside. Now grind the remaining plant material to how finely you want it. Now for the coarse and hard parts of the stem of this plant, grind them as well, but until they're powdered. Now put the ground material back into the bag. Mix in the powder from the stem. Mix thoroughly and shake the bag well. Now the "Prickly Poppy" is ready for consumption. I use it as a tea and add mint for flavor. Apparently, you can also smoke or vape this herb. I use it as a tea herb. If you've followed all the steps as I explained, try a cup of tea. This stuff is incredibly potent. Start with a moderately heaped teaspoon to see if you can tolerate it. If you like it and can tolerate it, take another teaspoon. Don't underestimate this herb; it's very potent and has an extremely powerful sedative effect. Now you know my "secret." Please use it responsibly and don't overdo it. Strictly speaking, this plant is poisonous, but a few grams a day aren't harmful. Just google it or look it up on Wikipedia; it applies to anything you want to try.

Pour se détendre le soir et aborder la nuit dans un bon mood. Je mets 10 grammes, une pincée de thé vert + eau bouillante et laisser infuser 15 minutes. Filtrer. Goût pas très agréable, avec une cc de miel c'est nickel.

Not the best thing, but...
A lot of stems in the package. Are they as potent as the leaf & flower? Idk. Tastes pretty bad. I drank 20-30g as a tea (boiling water+15min.) & have slight euphoria + slight narcotic effects. Definetly wouldn't buy again (but extract of this plant sounds interesting) but making the experience was cool. Made my night better. Gonna chug the rest of my tea & play some video games. I still prefer Blue Lotus or Wild Dagga.

prodotto niente male, piacevole come ingrediente herbal blend anche se dagli effetti blandi. Ne ho usato una parte per fare una tintura (al momento ancora in fase di macerazione)

C'est sur que si vous êtes habitué au cannabis et que vous recherchez des effets similaires ce produit vous décevra certainement. Par contre c'est un très bon produit . Personnellement je le trouve très relaxant ,assez subtil et léger quand même mais efficace . Je ne l'ai pas acheter pour la défonce mais pour me détendre et c'est parfait . Souvent les personnes déçues cherchent à prendre une claque avec un produit . Moi il marche bien , j'avais presque envie de dormir en l'essayant Ayant une addictions aux médicaments antalgiques ( antidouleurs ,morphiniques ) à très fortes doses et ne supportant pas le cannabis qui me fait des montées d'angoisse ce produit à l'air très bien.Du peut que j'ai essayé je suis assez satisfaite. Je pense que ça peut être un bon traitement pour les insomnies . Après ça dépend de l'expérience de chaque personne . Puis j'aime beaucoup le goût aussi que je trouve délicieux

Good quality material - but not safe to smoke as it's 'prickly'
I bought this as I'd heard it was a good smoking alternative to cannabis. It is!! the effects smoked are very relaxing physically. It also tastes amazing. However it is full have sharp prickly spines. You do not want to inhale these they will damage your lungs. So then that leaves making a tea - but the tiny spines get through most filters.... So to use this you need to make an extract and then filter through a coffee filter. More work than I was expecting, - but the clue is in the name I guess. Top quality material however. A fairly small amount smoked (1 dynavap cap-worth) had the effect I was looking for, but don't smoke this stuff.

As a tea it did not work for me, but letting it ripe in high procentage alcohol for a few weeks it has a nice relxing and sleeping deeping efeekt on , wish i could make more Thanks for the offer
